This was our first time preparing a chicken.  Our dog disobediently did the first part and killed one of our cornish hens, and we did not want it to go to waste, so we went ahead and prepared it for dinner.

Harvesting time for our sugar cane.

We were being summoned by the city to a court date because our weeds were getting too high. So we needed to trim them down.  The guy that summoned us at our house told me that he understands it’s tough because he needs to cut his weeds down and it fills his trash can up sometimes. He must not have 4 acres that got hit by the monsoon season all month. We needed to rent a tractor to cut our weeds.
